I really hope all the bitching and complaining I do doesn't earn me bad points in the long run, because I really do love farming. I hate it too sometimes, but I love it more. We watched the first episode of some new chef documentary produced by Netflix last night; it was all about Dan Barber of Blue Hill. He said a few things that really hit home with me about work, about failing, about farming. That eating is an ethical choice we make. It was food for thought if you will.
